These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rubendario platform and related services ("Service") provided by Rubendario ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms if acting on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

Rubendario provides an enterprise AI platform including model orchestration, data workflow tools, local and cloud compute options, and team collaboration features. Service availability and features may vary by edition.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Rubendario platform, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service, subject to the license granted to us necessary to operate the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid editions are billed according to the pricing agreed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our billing policy communicated at purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubendario shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
